Nine Things That Will Disappear In Your Lifetime and One That Won't

“Nine Things That Will Disappear During Our Lifetime” is an article making the cyber rounds.
The Nine Things:
1. Post Office
2. Checks
3. Newspapers
4. Books
5. Land-line phones
6. Music CDs
7. Television
8. Things we own—hard copies of photos, written records, videos
9. Privacy

It's interesting that most of the nine involve words--words written, spoken, and sung.
Ways of sending, recording, transmitting and storing words may change and disappear, but words are essential for life. And not all words are created equal...
For the word of God is full of living power. It is sharper than the sharpest knife, cutting deep into our innermost thoughts and desires. It exposes us for what we really are. Hebrews 4:12 (NLT)
Alive, powerful, cutting through truth and error, revealing our hearts and God's heart...

No matter how they are stored or transmitted, they are life-changing. Let's not let a day go by without enjoying God's Love Notes (the Bible).
